The Building Dashboard tool visualizes in 2D and 3D each building by floor, unit, room and workstation. It allows to navigate into each component of a portfolio in order to access up-to-date information. The information drawn from the plans are areas and volume for units, common areas and rooms; equipment, specs sheets, etc.

This Management tool indexes all equipment by room and building in 2D and 3D. It manages, visualizes and prints a list of equipment directly from the plans, without AutoCAD. The location of equipment is kept up to date and the access to the database is tiered according to the security level given to users.


This tool creates inventories of all equipment categories in accordance with the Uniformat II norm. Here’s an example of what our clients keep track of: asbestos, mechanical systems, fire prevention, electricity, telecom systems, floors and ceilings finishes, etc.
